A high-school preparation summer program held in Ingersoll was bigger than it's ever been before. The Thames Valley District School Board's "High School, Here I Come!" program started Aug. 23 and information from the board suggested the largest site was at Ingersoll District Collegiate Institute.

Tristan McClay recently spent a hot summer day helping others, one glass at a time. Setting up a lemonade stand while visiting his grandmother, Linda McClay, in Ingersoll, the eight-year-old Burgessville resident sold cold drinks for 25 cents each.
